Terms & Conditions

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The following terms are governed by English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts. All contracts of sale are made by Noble Sleek (hence forward known as ‘the Company’) shall be deemed to incorporate these T&C’s. No variation in these conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the company.

PAYMENT TERMS

Amounts owed are payable by the customer as stipulated on the invoice and by your sales representative. Opening accounts does not automatically give you credit terms. When transferring monies, please request a reference from your bank to be included when payments are made. Please use your Account Code or Sales Quotation Number (SQU) as order reference. INTEREST

The company reserves the right to charge a statutory rate of interest 8% above the current base rate, per annum for all outstanding payments. In the event of non-payment, the fees from the Company’s Collection Agency will be added to the oustanding amount. PRICES All prices are exclusive of VAT. Every effort is made to maintain the quotes provided but the company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

DELIVERY

Any time or date of delivery stated by the company should be deemed as an estimate only. Whilst every effort shall be made to dispatch goods on the date requested, the seller shall not accept liability for any delay in delivery of such goods. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from delayed delivery. The sale is based on rate of freight insurance and import duty etc., applicable on the date of invoice. Any increase in these rates shall be borne by the purchaser, as shall any extra charges levied subsequently by carriers, insurers, etc.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers are free to cancel their orders at any time before the goods are dispatched, but may incur a cancellation charge depending on the stage at which they cancel the order. The Company reserve the right to charge 10% of the order value (including VAT). All sales shall be subject to the seller’s right to cancel if circumstances beyond the seller’s control render this unavoidable. These circumstances include war, riots or insurrection, actions of governments, revocation of export and/ or import licences, strikes and force majeure.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final - any defective or incorrect goods must be reported to the sales representative within 7 days.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

Subject to the conditions set out below the Company warrants that the Goods will correspond with their specification subject to such tolerances as are reasonable and as are normally accepted in the trade and will be free from defects at the time of delivery.

QUALITY COMPLAINTS

The company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow the company’s instructions, misuse or alternations. All quality control returns must have a fully completed Quality Complaint Form. Any goods received without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed until the correct paperwork is received. Failure to provide the completed paperwork within 30 days will result in the goods being destroyed. We must receive the hair within 7 days of the complaint being made, inspection and testing can take up to 30 days after receipt of the hair and completed form. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way, the goods will be returned to the customer at your cost and we will not refund or replace the goods. We do not guarantee the use of our hair extensions whilst on holiday/in warmer climates for various reasons, including discoloration of the hair from swimming pool chlorine and the hair drying out through excess heat. We strongly advise all customers using hair extensions to avoid both chlorine / sea water. Any colouring is entirely at the customers own risk and we will not test, refund or exchange any extensions that have been coloured, dyed or tinted - all hair must be returned in the original product colour with no alterations or treatments. The company will not be held responsible for any extensions that have been exposed to heat damage by the customer, they will not be held responsible for any additional expenses due to faulty goods e.g. removal or re-application costs. We recommend that a qualified professional applies any professional hair extensions and that customers are to have a consultation before any permanent extensions are applied. The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the company warehouse. Please ensure all items are packaged properly to avoid transit damages. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as “In Dispute”. Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you at a cost, otherwise they will be destroyed within 30 calendar days from their receipt back to us. We are unable to replace a faulty item until the original is returned to the company.

CHANGE OF BUSINESS DETAILS

Any changes to your business must be notified to the company in writing as soon as the changes happens. The company reserves the right to not process or deliver to new stores or existing companies until they have provided the full details in writing.

USE OF INFORMATION

Your information is used to supply you with the goods requested. It will enable us to invoice and communicate with you concerning your order. We will also analyse the information to develop our business and improve our service. If confirmed our email marketing will alert you of products, services and information that might be of interest to you.
