The Stocking Cap Weave

This new style of weave was innovated in the USA. A stocking cap or doo rag is put over the client’s own hair. this then acts as the foundation for the weave. Wefts of hair are then bonded onto the doo rag and the weave is cut into style.
Once the hair has been cut and styled the client can then take it
off at night in a similar way to a wig.
The clients own hair can be wrapped or cornrowed or can even be bald.

The effects
The effects can be great for special occasion styles This is excellent for ladies who want to have hair to match their dress or combine a collection of colours to suit the occasion.
This is also most suitable for those very heavily freeze gelled hair styles. The advantage is that you don’t have to freeze gel your own hair and deal with all of the maintenance that that entails.

Suitability
This style is most suitable for women who have little or no hair. Hair that is just too short to weave in the conventional manner. Alternatively it is also well suited to women who prefer not to braid their hair

Aftercare
No maintenance. Wear it until it wears out!

Micro weaves are the oldest and most popular type of weave.
The hair is cornrow braided into rows, the pattern of the cornrows
depends on the chosen style.
Wefts of hair are then sewn onto the cornrow base.
Cornrow braids are a natural and comfortable way to rest and
grow Afro hair whilst the weave is in place.

The effects can be excellent as they allow for maximum versatility.
You can put all of your natural hair away or leave your hairline out.

This is suitable for people who have relaxed hair or natural Afro hair.
Who have short hair that they want to make longer or with longer
