Office Manager

The individual should possess 2/3 years office management experience and will manage HR and recruitment, facilities, administration, operations and much more. The role will be varied and include liaising with directors, managers, staff at all levels, suppliers and customers. We require an articulate, hard working professional who has initiative and is able to multitask. National and International Customer Account Manager

The role will be supported by an internal team, telesales and marketing programmes. The candidate must have a proven and successful track record in sales. We require a quick thinker who shows initiative and drive. Must be able to work independently and in a team, enjoy travelling, self disciplined and hardworking. European Language skills preferred.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Achievement of sales targets for area and developing current customer portfolio and new accounts,
• Managing a 360 degree customer account management
• Developing and implementing strategic/tactical customer account plans

Logistics Coordinator

A successful and vibrant multinational firm at the forefront of the hair industry requires an efficient and reliable Logistics Co-ordinator to manage the workflow and activity of the warehouse and its staff. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years administrative experience. He/She will be responsible for organising deliveries and collections, liaising with couriers, managing customer orders using bespoke software, invoicing, producing performance and profitability reports and much more. He/She will be reporting to the warehouse manager and liaising with supervisors and account managers. A candidate with a high level of administrative, organisational and analytical skills is essential. A good communicator, with initiative and competence with Microsoft packages is required.
